One thing that made the shoot really fun was giving the kids donuts at the end. (Thanks for the idea, Amanda.) They perform very well for them we discovered and we got some great, messy shots.
In order to refinance our mortgage the house has to appraise for enough to make it worth their while. Either way we pay over $500 for the appraisal. Still haven't heard (crossing fingers.)
