Taylor, Kate, Geza and Eamonn were the lucky ones! We thought Taylor Fletcher's mission call might arrive while we were in Arizona for Thanksgving so we had asked Taylor B. if he would check our mail while we were gone. If a letter did arrive from "Salt Lake" to please open and read it over the phone to the gathered family at the Livingstone home in Phoenix. It was pretty exciting having 20 adult family members (plus kids) gathered in Arnon and Terry Livingstone's living room listening to Kate's announcement- "Elder Fletcher - You have been called to serve in the Mexico Culiacan Mission! So cool to have family from California, Florida, Nevada, Utah, Phoenix and even Gramma and Grampa Bateman from Canada all listening in on that phonecall. A BIG THANK YOU to Kate and Taylor B. for making that happen for us! We were so glad that they had traveled from Santa Cruz to San Francisco to visit Golden Gate Park for part of their Thanksgiving weekend.

It was fun to be part of a family-wide event! It was a blessing that Tay and Kate and boys were in the City and able to open "the big envelope" on behalf of Elder Fletcher.
