Not licensed to kill (even though those scissors are sharp) licensed to over bill. The newest graduate in our family can go give a $800 hair cut if she feels like it. Our own sweet Tiffany passed her hair exams both written and practical. Hopefully, she'll give a family discount:) Here's a picture of the lovely hair stylist to replace that junior high picture a few entries back.
